The whole venue, one system

From the waiter's pocket to the wall behind the bar.

Add a phone, tablet or TV and tell it what it's for. The same app becomes the till, the kitchen screen, the menu board or the kiosk.

Kitchen display

The kitchen answers back.

Tickets age from fresh to late in colour, label and pattern, readable from across the kitchen. Mark dishes done with a TV remote, decline with a reason, mark a dish as sold out for the night.

Menu, everywhere

Change a price once.

It lands on every till, board and the guest QR menu before you put the phone down.

Day close

Cash that adds up.

Blind count, variance in writing, manager sign-off. Closing locks the day.

Accountability

Every void has a name.

Voids, comps and discounts record who and why. Nobody rings voids as a colleague.

Works offline

The internet drops. Service doesn't.

Every device keeps taking orders and the kitchen keeps getting tickets over your venue's Wi-Fi. When the line comes back, everything syncs in the order it happened. Nothing retyped, nothing lost.

Questions owners ask

What happens when our internet goes down?

Nothing your guests notice. Every device keeps taking orders and the kitchen keeps getting tickets over your venue’s Wi-Fi. When the connection returns, everything syncs in the order it happened.

What hardware do we need?

Probably what you already have. Any recent iPhone, iPad or Android phone or tablet works as a till; Android TV boxes become kitchen screens and menu boards; Windows, Mac and Linux computers run the counter and the admin.

Does it work with our card terminal?

Keep the terminal you have. TableDesk records how each bill was paid — card, cash, split — and never processes the payment or takes a cut of it.

Which printers are supported?

Standard network and USB receipt and kitchen printers. Route drinks to the bar printer and food to the kitchen from the same order.

How do we set up our menu?

Yourself, from any browser — build it item by item or import a spreadsheet and the columns are matched for you. Every change reaches every till, kitchen screen and the guest QR menu as you save.

Can we control what each staff member can do?

Yes. You decide who can cancel items, give discounts or close the day, and every one of those actions records who did it and why. Each person signs in with their own PIN.

We have more than one venue.

Each place has its own floor, menu and day close; owners see all of them together. Each place has its own plan and is billed separately.

How many screens can we use?

Starter covers up to 5 screens per place and Pro includes 20 — tills, kitchen screens, tablets, kiosks and any waiter’s phone while they’re signed in. Guests’ phones never count. Pro venues can add 10 screens for $20 a month, or $208.80 a year (13% less); on Starter, a sixth screen means moving up to Pro. Self-hosted and Offline have no limit, since every screen runs on your own box.

Which languages and currencies does it support?

The app, receipts and the guest menu are translatable, and each place sets its own currency and tax rates.

Who owns our data?

You do. Download everything as a spreadsheet or PDF at any time, or keep every order on a small box in your own building.

Is there a contract?

Not on monthly: Starter and Pro can be cancelled at the end of any month, and your first month is free. Paying yearly saves 13% — $468 instead of $539.88 for Starter, $936 instead of $1,079.88 for Pro, per place. Self-hosted and Offline are paid per place for a year at a time, because each box carries a licence that is renewed yearly.
